Global Solutions was formed in 1998 to offer consulting services to the staffing industry. After consolidating our position as a key player in our market in the UK we turned to the international scene with the aim of rolling out our brand in strategic locations around the world. To facilitate this growth we have invested heavily in business generation tools that underpin our company and provide our teams with the resources to deliver effectively. In backing this up, on the front line we have bucked the trend and recruited teams of highly experienced consultants, enabling them to genuinely consult with their clients and candidates and in most cases actually advise. Our business now has around 150 years experience in this industry and we have a highly experienced management team thus ensuring continued longevity.

Today we are operational in 7 geographical regions with specialist teams in place servicing those markets. We are focussed on vertical sectors namely within search firms, outsourcing companies, internal staffing teams, career departments, graduate training and recruitment companies. Our speciality is cross-border placements; this is something we are passionate about and are uniquely positioned to deliver.
