Through our two brands, we deliver recruitment solutions at all levels of finance:Talentedge focuses on Finance Manager through to entry level financial recruitment, sales, commercial and operational roles. This includes qualified and part qualified accountants, as well as entry level studiers, clerical finance such as payables and receivables including managers and specialist skill sets such as royalties, right and licensing roles. Typically salary levels that we recruit for are from £18,000 to £65,000.

Talentarc focuses on senior financial appointments and recruitment solutions may incorporate search, advertised selection, database selection or a combination thereof. Talentarc places individuals principally at CFO, FD, FC and managerial levels. This includes individuals with M&A, investment appraisal and business planning skill sets. We also place candidates into corporate strategy / development roles - generally individuals that hold MBA’s and strong track records in the media and entertainment industry. Typically salary levels that we recruit for are from £65,000 - £140,000.

Whilst we are the same company, our dual brand approach means that we are able to professionally engage with people across the experience spectrum, without the perception ofbeing “too senior” or “too junior” as a recruiter.
