Wise Employment is a privately ownedcompany, and will be celebrating 20 years in business in October 2011. WiseEmployment started its operation during the recession of the early1990’s, as the directors believed there was a niche in the market for aquality driven organisation. From humble beginnings in Swindon, it is now a 15branch operation, employing almost 100 permanent staff, thousands of temporarystaff as well as placing many candidates in permanent jobs on a weekly basis.

Wise Employment has expanded bothorganically and through acquisitions to become one of the largest independentrecruitment companies in the South and South West. Acquisitions included the AYS & The Jade Group in 2002, Smart Recruitment in 2008 and Pro Personnel in 2011.

As we have expanded our operation toenlarge the branch network, we have strengthened our management team with wellrespected industry professionals who share our passion for recruitment, ourcommitment to excellence and our enthusiasm for providing tailor-made serviceswhich truly meet our clients' needs.
