PFJ, formerly known as Phee Farrer Jones, was established in 1992 as a recruitment company serving specialist disciplines across the media market.

In 1993 PFJ launched the Graduate Recruitment Company, a specialist brand assisting media organisations recruit recent graduates into their first roles.

ICUR a specialist media recruitment company based in Sydney was acquired in July 2008 and RPCushing the leading specialist recruitment consultancy for Market Research , Information and Analysis was acquired in January 2009.

The company has evolved into the UK’s leading media recruiter employing 69 people in three locations:
